This might be your e-mail address, name, billing address, home address etc – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you a product/service or to enhance your customer experience with us. We save the information you provide us with in order for you to comment or perform other activities on the website. This information includes, for example, your name and e-mail address.

User Accounts
For users that register on our website, or register during checkout whilst purchasing from us, we store the personal information provided, in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Our website administrators can also see and edit user information. This information is retained indefinately or for the length of time your customer/user account is active with us.

Contact / Support / Solutions / Services / Feedback – WebForms
If you use any of the contact forms on our website, your data is stored only for the maximum duration required for our systems to successfully process your request and direct your data to the relevant department. After this time your personal information is no longer stored anywhere on this website or its accompanying database. Your data is simply processed for the sole purpose of sending an email to the relevant department in order to respond to your requests. These contact details are retained, but not used or transferred except to contact you about your request.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. A visitor comments may also be checked through an automated spam detection service. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We may ask some customers to leave us a review for our products/services using our trusted third-party partner. If you are asked to leave us a review, this information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. After approval, your name is visible to the public in the context of your review.

Visitors IP address will only hit our CDN service (which is Cloudflare, read more about Cloudflare’s GDPR compliance) and will not be collected or used while delivering the Buttonizer service.
